The first international oil and gas summit “Continental and Arctic Shelves” was held in Dubai, the UAE, on April 15-16. Delegates and speakers from all over the world took part in the business event: representatives of the UAE, Russia, Iceland, Norway, Australia, Japan, India, the USA, South Africa, Finland, Kazakhstan. In the course of the business program the participants raised the main issues of development and exploitation of continental and arctic shelves and covered the key aspects of shipbuilding, deepwater drilling and LNG.

The overall backroom atmosphere was cheerful. The participants’ orientation towards constructive communication and future partnership was evident. All the participants pointed out the high level of the summit organization and great professional integrity of invited delegates and speakers. During coffee breaks and a gala dinner the delegates had an opportunity to exchange business cards and arrange common projects. The summit was organized by Business Dynamics.
